- दीक्षांत समारोह से संबंधित किसी भी जानकारी के लिए: ० ३४-२५१४२ .१
- आपको १ ९ / ०२ / २०२१ को १००० पूर्वाह्न पर दीक्षांत समारोह स्थल पर उपस्थित होना होगा और उसी दिन शाम ४:०० बजे दीक्षांत समारोह के पूर्वाभ्यास के लिए अनिवार्य रूप से कोई टीए / डीए नहीं दिया जाएगा। विश्वविद्यालय
- दीक्षांत समारोह में प्रवेश केवल भुगतान रसीद प्रस्तुत करने पर दिया जाएगा (जिसमें आवेदन संख्या, ट्रांस_ल्ड, क्यूआरकोड भुगतान की तारीख, राशि, भुगतान आदि) पंजीकरण / पास विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा जारी 20 20 के आधार पर जारी किया जाएगा। 02/2021,
- सभी औपचारिकताओं को पूरा करने के बाद, जब तक कि विश्वविद्यालय की वेबसाइट पर अधिसूचित नहीं किया जाता है, तब तक किसी भी परिवर्तन के मामले में अनिवार्य रूप से 100 पीएम तक आपकी सीट पर कब्जा कर लिया जाएगा।
- दीक्षांत समारोह के लिए आधिकारिक ड्रेस विनिर्देश वेबसाइट पर प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा। आपको अपनी मर्जी से दीक्षांत समारोह की व्यवस्था करनी होगी। किसी भी स्पष्टीकरण और ड्रेस कोड के बारे में अधिक जानकारी के लिए आप 9425637814 पर प्रो अलका व्यास से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
- आवेदकों को गेट से प्रवेश करने की आवश्यकता होती है जो केवल उनके लिए है।
- दीक्षांत समारोह स्थल - स्वंय जयंती हॉल, माधव भवन, कोठी रोड, उज्जैन (एमपी)
- उम्मीदवारों ने पीएचडी से सम्मानित किया। 1 जनवरी 2018 से 31 दिसंबर, 2018 और 1 जनवरी 2019 से 31 दिसंबर तक की अवधि का इलाज2019 लागू हो सकता है।
- सत्र २०१ &-२०१ passed और २०१ may-१९ के दौरान उम्मीदवारों ने पीजी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की।
- केवल वे अभ्यर्थी जिन्होंने २०१ candidate-१ candidate और २०१ candidate-१९ में यूजी पाठ्यक्रम पूरा किया है और साथ ही यूजी गोल्ड मेडा के लिए पात्र हैं (कृपया यूजी गोल्ड मेडल के लिए विश्वविद्यालय की वेबसाइट पर सूची देखें)

Important Instructions For the convocation ceremony of Vikram University Ujjain
- For any information regarding Convocation contact: 0734-2514271.
- You have to be present on the Convocation Ceremony Venue on 19/02/2021 at 1000 AM and on the same day again at 4:00 PM compulsorily for the rehearsal of the Convocation Ceremony No TA/DA will be given by the University
- Entry in the Convocation Ceremony will be granted only on presenting the Payment Receipt (in which application no, trans_ld, QRcode payment date, amount, payment done etc) of Registration / pass Issued by the university
- On 20/02/2021, after completing all formalities occupy your seat till 100 PM compulsorily in case of any change in time it will be notified on university website

- Applicants are required to enter from the gate which is meant for them only

- Candidates awarded PhD. degree curing the period from 1st January 2018 to 31st Dec. 2018 and 1st January 2019 to 31st Dec2019 may apply.
- Candidates passed PG examination during the session 2017-2018 & 2018-19 may apply.
- Only those candidate who have completed UG Courses in 2017-18 & 2018-19 and also eligble for UG Gold Medal(Kindly see the list on university website for UG Gold Medal) May Apply
